These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Mathlings app ("the app"), published by High Intent Labs (Sirius Advisory Group Ltd). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Terms
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Mathlings on any Apple device that you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with the Apple App Store Terms of Service and these Terms.
Mathlings is provided for educational and entertainment purposes to help children practise mental arithmetic. While we work hard to ensure the questions and answers are correct, the app is provided "as is" and we do not guarantee that it is error-free or suitable for any particular educational requirement or curriculum.
The app does not require an account and does not contain in-app purchases, subscriptions, or advertising. All scores are stored locally on your device, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Mathlings is intended for use by children, ideally with the awareness of a parent or guardian. By allowing a child to use the app, a parent or guardian accepts these Terms on the child's behalf.
You agree not to misuse the app, including by attempting to copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or distribute it except as permitted by law, or to use it in any unlawful way.
The app, including its design, code, name, and logo, is owned by Sirius Advisory Group Ltd and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the app is provided without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
We may update the app and these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
