Mathlings is a simple, friendly iOS app that helps children practise mental maths through short, timed quizzes. Every question is designed to be solved in your head — no pen and paper required.
There are 20 progressive levels, from very simple addition all the way up to the kind of mental maths an adult should be able to do. Each quiz is 20 questions and is timed, so children can watch their speed and accuracy improve over time.
What Makes It Simple

No. Mathlings never asks for a login or account. You can open the app and start a quiz straight away. Your scores are saved automatically on your own device.
There are 20 levels that get gradually harder. Early levels cover addition and subtraction, the middle levels move into times tables and division, and the later levels include fractions, percentages, squares, and multi-step mental maths.
All 20 levels are open from the start, so a child (or adult) can jump straight to whichever level suits them.
Every completed quiz is saved on your device only — the level, your score, the time taken, and the date. You can review them on the Scores screen, and clear them at any time from Settings → Clear local history.

Mathlings is aimed at primary-school children in the UK (roughly ages 5–12), but the higher levels are challenging enough for older children and adults who want a quick mental-maths warm-up.
