Who We Are

Mathlings is a mental-maths app for children, published by High Intent Labs (Sirius Advisory Group Ltd). We have built Mathlings to be private by design, and this policy explains, in plain language, what we do and do not do with information.

Information We Collect

None. Mathlings does not ask for your name, email address, phone number, location, contacts, photos, microphone, or any other personal information. The app does not require an internet connection to work.

Information Stored On Your Device

When a quiz is finished, the app saves your results — the level played, your score, the time taken, and the date — locally on your device only. This information never leaves the device, is never sent to us or anyone else, and is not accessible to us. You can delete it at any time from Settings → Clear local history, or by deleting the app.

Children's Privacy

Mathlings is designed for children. Because the app collects no personal data and contains no ads, no in-app purchases, no social features, and no external links to the open web, it is consistent with the UK GDPR, the UK Age Appropriate Design Code (Children's Code), the EU GDPR, and the principles of the US Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). We do not knowingly collect any information from children — or from anyone.

Third Parties

The app uses no third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services, and includes no third-party SDKs that collect data. We do not sell, rent, or share any data, because we do not hold any.

Data Security

Since no data is transmitted or stored off your device, there is nothing for us to lose, leak, or misuse. Information saved on your device is protected by your device's own security, such as your passcode and iOS protections.

Changes To This Policy

If we change how the app handles information in a future version, we will update this page and revise the "Last updated" date above. If a future version ever begins to collect data, we will update this policy and seek any consent required by law before doing so.

Governing Law

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
